「A prefect place for ski trip. I like the kitchen and onsen very much. 」

「房間很乾淨，視野很美（但一定要雪景）。 櫃檯人員英文流利，小而美的飯店（飯店設計很有時尚感和美感），我們住宿的時候沒有什麼房客，幾乎沒有遇到其他人。 適合喜歡安靜的旅客。 房間有洗脫烘洗衣機可以洗乾淨所有毛巾，所以也不太需要打掃，我們住三個晚上都沒有要求整理房間。 美麗的廚房廚具和餐具齊全（但木頭砧板太小），老公煮了很好吃的日式火鍋。 房間內的氛圍非常優雅浪漫，度過很夢幻美好的四天。 非常喜歡，如果還有去北海道，會選擇再入住的飯店。」

「因為轉機的關係，我們巴士到達二世谷的時間已是晚上10點半，飯店非常貼心還特地派專車到巴士站載我們，讓我們免去在雪地裡大包小包行李及奔波的辛苦。房間很有設計感也非常乾淨，該有的小設備從bose藍牙喇叭到廚房的電鍋及洗衣機等一應俱全，而且都是很好的品牌的電器，用的很開心。冰箱裡甚至還幫我們準備了果汁牛奶培根及奶油及麵包等等，非常貼心。飯店距離雪場也還算近，走路3分鐘就可以到市區，6分鐘可以到雪場，非常方便。但飯店還是很貼心的提供接送服務，甚至是去餐廳或是其他地方，只要提早預約，甚至可以直接從另一個雪場接我們回飯店，不要小看這服務，在旺季的時間，在當地可是連要花錢叫Uber都叫不到的！非常棒的服務，非常喜歡^^」

「飯店非常舒適，服務也很到位，希望給一個建議，locker room 如果有烘鞋機，進 locker room 有刷板的刷子，會讓 locker room 更乾淨，也能讓雪靴更乾燥。」

「型格酒店，溫泉很有風味，酒店環境保養得非常好。如果暖水泳池可以大一點，泊車位置可以再接近一些酒店或可以泊入地庫，那就完美。」

「Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍」

「Prime location in Niseko Hirafu area, there isn't many location better than this. Room are spacious, clean, loaded with supplies and kitchenware. Staff are nice and helpful. Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! 」

During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request.
