Malgré notre manque de connaissances en Japonais, accueil très sympathique et tolérant.Personnel au petits soins. Très bel endroit mais pas pour des néophytes.

Liked: Staff & service
We live in the Annex building as we need to have a private toilet. We have to walk up and down many stairs in order to reach our room. The food is not as good as we expected, and we cannot choose our food. We expect to have crab though it is not the season. We stayed in another hotel same period last year and we have crab for dinner.
Not far from the JR station. Walking distance to the public osen. Nice staff at the hotel, but a bit disappointed to our dinner set.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Dated premises but well maintained.
Property main building where i stayed was old but well maintained. We were most impressed by the reception service staff, who even cleaned our shoes before storing them as we had to enter the premises withour shoes on. We had just visited Tottori sand dunes & our shoes had alot of sand stuck.
Tap in room sink has no hot water, a negative as weather was still cold in early April. Toilets were shared but was ok as i didnt encounter anyone else during my stay.
I was also the only user of their onsen, which was small & not impressive. But thats ok as we had free passes to the public onsens, which offer very good choices.
Dinner was good but breakfast was no big deal.
