「My husband and I were wrapping up a weeklong trip to Canada, coming back through upstate NY and needed a place to stay for one last night before heading home to Massachusetts. I was curious about the town of Oneida, and it right around where we wanted to be stopping for the day.」

「When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
