"Staff. The lady at the front desk was awesome. We didn’t have a remote in the room and she had one up there in minutes. While there we mentioned a cup and some crumbs under the bureau and she cleaned up herself with a smile. Great job. "

"Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. Thank you for the welcome drink and snack package as well. I also had the cod dish at the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. And the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. It's the best hotel I've stayed at recently among those of a similar standard. I want to go back again!"
