"Great location along the lake, in the golf course grounds. It was a winter’s weekend getaway for us, and the heavy snow falls made it spectacularly scenic. The grounds are great for cross country skiing and snow shoeing, and with Owen Sound a few minutes away, it’s a great spot for a weekend away. The rooms are large with great layout and furnishings. Unfortunately, the climate control is barely functional; and the room was very cold and uncomfortable - especially given the weather outside. That was very unfortunate, and impacted an otherwise great weekend away."

"Why was there a terrible sulphur smell in the room every time the shower or sink was in use. Terrible. I had to open the door in the middle of the night. Could not breathe! Horrible experience "

"Pool spa not open even though I called 2 days before to ask if it was! Front desk staff totally incompetent! King bed instead of two queens but sorted out! Hotel under renovations so should be closed till finished and up to par?"
