"Good location, 10-15 min walk to Milano Centrale. Good location as close to metro strops to easily get to tourist attractions. Rooms were ok, compact, clean. Aircon varies in its functionality. Sometimes it appears it’s working other times no. Breakfast buffet was good. Plenty of options. Would have like to see more options for vegan/vegetarians but good general selection."

"This lovely hotel was perfect for our brief coming&going stay in Milan! The Shuttle Service is excellent! We easily got into the city on Metro & they picked us up quickly when we called. The staff were welcoming and helpful, shout-out to Adrianno! He answered all our questions & was very kind. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Milan. Oh! And the restaurant was excellent! We had a perfect meal on our last night in Italy. The servers were so attentive and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!"

"We arrived at night, but it was very easy to find the hotel with warm lights. There was always a receptionist at the front desk and felt very like home. The room was also clean and cozy. With two children, we had a very relaxing stay."

"Fantastic staff especially Federico who checked us in and checked us out again. Convenient location for public transport and for walking into the centre. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, clean and had USB charging points. The breakfast was great with a good selection including options to make it vegan. "
