"Excellent service, and communication.We asked for transportation for our late flight into UB and were promptly serviced with a friendly driver from the hotel who was waiting for us. Very friendly and professional staff, always ready to assist and provide info on places. The spa is great with a wonderful masseuse and we used it twice, would have used it more if we had time, great price and service. Breakfast is also good and convenient, and the small coffee shop also has a breakfast option. Location wise, it's about 20-30 min walking to the center, museums, etc. Excellent service overall and would definitely stay again."

"The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. They gave us a room with a really nice view of the city and it was close to some lovely Buddhist temples. Also close to a mini mart. They had a restaurant on the second floor with good food and we ate there both nights of our stay. It was extremely convenient after two long days out, to be able to eat right at the hotel. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend it."
