"Staff got an average rating due to 2 conflicting ratings. The front desk check in and receptionist was excellent. In contrast the restaurant staff was quite poor. There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. "Hotel is both funky and historical with a Michelin star restaurant (impossible to get a booking though) - issue was the antiquated shower system, frankly it needs an upgrade (you still have that "radio" option in the bathroom!).
