Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and generally clean, occasionally had to ask for towels and amenities. Free coffee 24hrs at the reception area. Perfect location and very convenient to move around!

Wonderful staff especially Quentin. Rooms were clean and beds neatly done. Breakfast is good of cold buffet selection. Opposite the road was victor Hugo market with lovely selection of foods. Unfortunately they only open 7-2.

The hotel's location is great. It is opposite the indoor market and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, that also meant that there was a lot of outside noise at night (probably as it was a Saturday night!), but the location definitely outweighed the negatives for me.

The location is central, but it is right above a restaurant, which can be busy if you want to have the windows open. However, the double windows block the noise very well. Parking is not on site, but it's nearby. The room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable. The bathroom was functional but could definitely do with new paint (it was peeling off the ceiling) and new caulking in the shower.

Les soucis pourraient-ils presque être oubliés par l’aimable attention du personnel. Néanmoins, le petit déjeuner est impossible pour des personnes avec des soucis de santé: que du sucre! La café est atroce. La moquette a besoin d’un changement à la fois dans la chambre que dans les couloirs. Idem la salle de bain elle est restée dans son jus. La localisation est très bonne. C’est les personnes qui sauvent la mise.

Hôtel vieillissant. Une seule prise électrique dans une chambre triple. Les fenêtres donnent sur tout les moteurs de climatisation des chambres de l'hôtel (bruits ++), équipements de la chambre très pauvre voir non fonctionnel et dangereux (comme le téléphone avec les fils qui se denudent). Isolation phonique faibe, dès le matin tôt nous avons l'impression que les femmes de services etaient dans notre chambre... Le personnel est pro, ça reste le seul point positif nous avons eu des problèmes de facturation, ils ont essayer en vain de trouver une solution, nous avons dû la trouver par nos propres moyens... cet hôtel peut éventuellement convenir juste pour une nuit mais pas plus par manque de confort. Un bon coup de rafraîchissement ne ferait vraiment pas de mal. Malheureusement pour notre prochain séjour sur Toulouse nous iront dans un autre établissement.

Hôtel bien situé mais propreté à revoir sérieusement.Salle de bain avec pleins de moisi,grosses tâches sur la moquette, chambre sur cours mais impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre car sans la minuscule cous y a des gros blocs de climatisation qui envoient de la chaleur bref y a que le personnel qui mérite un trois étoiles,l hôtel n en mérite que 1

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel quand je viens à Toulouse et j'ai jamais été déçue. Mon dernier séjour c'est comme les autres très bien passée, seul petit bémol les cinq marches pour accéder au couloir menant à la chambre et la salle d'eau assez petite notamment la douche difficile d'accès. Le personnel est toujours d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande serviabilité, ils savent très bien accueillir les clients et que dire du personnel chargé du ménage, ils sont tous au top. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
