Very comfortable and easy . Loved the fact that it was just next to the tram station and a big Gym . Staff were very helpful . Breakfast very good , quite busy @ 8am , maybe because school holidays. Will definitely stay here again .

Being there without a car, the location was great; it is next to a tram line, just across a public square from the Cartoucherie, and within a neighborhood of new buildings surrounding the old Cartoucherie, I would have been happy to pay more for a bigger room.

Eklo is a very nice place to stay. The beds are soft and wifi in my room was a good speed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was good too. Tram and bus right at entrance. I wish I stayed longer

A bit better than average.

This stay was good, my second stay here. For me it is well positioned close to a gym and public transport. Room was ok, quite small this time around, TV has his own mind, luckily i don`t need it. Breakfast is alright, could be much better with a bit more variety (breakfast is quite important for me).

Kids loved the clubby bunk beds. Thankfully the weather was cool as I don’t think the tiny fan would have done much to cool the room. Sink was clogged in the toilet but other wise the room was clean and functional. Great choice for a no frills family stay with a handy location.

Cute little hotel

This was a really beautiful hotel the only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that the rooms were small and hot and we had to keep the window open all night and it was kinda in the middle of no where and not walking distance to downtown. Though accomedation in the city is very expensive, this was the cheapest option, and it was really worth it because it was beautiful and the common area was really fun to hang out in with a good bar and market across the street. So I would stay here again.

Eklo in Toulouse is a fun, budget-friendly, and apparently eco-friendly spot in a hip, safe neighbourhood, with a tram stop right outside. There are lots of food options nearby, including a small Carrefour, plus a playground and splash pad for kids. The funky building has foosball and arcade games in the lobby, which the kids loved, as well as plenty of seating, and a common fridge. The dorm-style rooms are clean, and kids loved the bunks with privacy curtains. Each room has a small window with automated blinds, and the family room includes a TV. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. On the downside, room access is via an outdoor wraparound deck, which was tricky for me with vertigo, especially on the 5th floor. I had no way of knowing I’d be walking a deck that high! There’s no AC, just a suction fan in the private dorm, despite being advertised on their website, and the rooms get quite hot, especially in the bunks. The black walls make rooms dark, which wasn’t cozy and accentuated the heat inside, especially since the window is quite small and barely let in natural light and air. We were originally not close to our kids’ room at all, which was a big hiccup but that got fixed the second night. There were a few small annoyances like missing soap and too few hangers. Not luxury, but a cool and affordable option.

The hotel is new, in great condition and in a terrific location right on the tramway. Staff was always available and helpful. I liked being able to either order food at restaurant or prepare my own food. Really liked the combo hostel/hotel style.

Very new hotel conveniently located

The hotel is brand new (to the point that some parts are still under construction). Located close to the tram station, which is convenient. The personnel at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The only minus is that the rooms are really small, although very clean and nice. If you need a place to stay for a couple of nights - this hotel is ideal, highly recommend.
