「If I had to run an hotel - this would be it! Every aspect was excellent!」

「Really lovely place, great food, beautiful for coeliacs, room was nice」

「Had a lovely weekend at the Oak Tree Rooms, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Paulina and Bruno were very accommodating and let drop off my bag before check in and leave it there after check out. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of hiking. Would happily recommend this to anyone - especially if traveling by train as it’s very close to the station.」

「The owner was very hospitable and most welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for more in a place to stay.」

「Lovely clean room, easy to park. Looking forward to my next stay.」

「We loved staying at Albert Cottage. It is a unique property with beautiful historical furnishings and design. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a lovely sitting room where we played cards. It has a nice restaurant. It is an easy walk to the fantastic Osborne House. There were a couple of small plumbing issues due to the age of the building but they were taken care of and not significant. We stayed in many places during our trip to the UK and loved this one in particular.」

「Lovely venue」

「Nice hotel with good breakfast. Quiet and have a good view for our room. Need to improve hot water supply and upgrade wifi for guest rooms.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast too.」

「A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus. Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops. I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including: Toilet Seat properly fixed. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates. TV (there is an aerial socket) Toaster Small changes, make a big difference.」
