"Office staff was very kind and helpful. The room itself was disgusting, smelly, moldy, poor air ventilation and the A/C unit really old UGH! walls were paper thin. I could hear the music blasting from the room next door by people who I would be fearful approaching or even calling the front desk about. The location is amazing but the property itself needs work. the low price for it's location lured me in but I ended up leaving because it didn't feel comfortable. Wasn't worth the proximity to Old Town. Chose to loose my first night room charge and cancelled the 2nd night. Also wifi is spotty through out the facility so make sure you ask for a room that has reliable wifi if its meaningful to you."
