"The pool areas were fantastic, loads of space and sunbeds for everyone. Food was brilliant, take some loose fitting clothes! Not a fan of evening entertainment so swerved that but difficult to avoid the background noise some nights. On the negative side our greeting by Juan Carlos was cold, robotic, irritating. Think he could do with a kick up the backside, or being replaced by a machine. Also crowds of people outside smoking is not a good look at any time of the day or night. I suggest this classy looking hotel could do with a bus shelter for those who wish to smoke, not subject others to clouds of their used tobacco fumes! A short walk to the town and beach which are charming, especially the old town and the castle. All in all I recommend this hotel very highly despite the little irritations I've reported."

"High Standard of cleanliness over all of the Hotel, and maintenance of pool area (thank you to all of the Cleaning Staff) Their were Always plenty of sun bed Available. Also a shaded seating area where you Can have a light lunch and drinks to choose from the menu around by the pool area. Entertainment in the everning different Performers each night. Beds were very comfortable we slept well. Breakfast: Cooked bacon eggs beans sausages+ continental. wide range to choose from. Evening Dinner: Wide range to Choose from for all tastes. Reception Staff Welcoming and Helpfull. Thank You All."

"The hotel was clean and a good location. My only complaint was that I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance at which time paid for and requested a room with a double bed. This was not to be the case. I was given a room with 2 twin beds. I felt that 3 weeks was enough notice for a room with a double bed. I believe this room was given to me because I booked it thru Experian and not directly with the hotel. This was a very big disappointment"

"First time at this property. Rooms were a reasonable size for two sharing and we paid extra for terrace with pool view. My mum has some walking issues and the reception staff were accommodating at helping us to move to a more suitable room and ordering a mobility scooter for her to use off site. the breakfast was good and plentiful and we also had an evening meal included, this was OK, not always to our taste but very reasonable when booking, if you want a drink with your meal you pay for this, you can not have a glass of wine but buy a bottle and keep it over several days if required. . the pool areas was well maintained and no sun bed wars! they didn't open the area until approx 9am when it had finished being cleaned and then people took their towels with them at lunch etc ( well most did) and the life guard kept an eagle eye too which meant there was always free beds. there are a couple of good restaurants near by and 2 decent supermarkets. you are slightly out of the main town but a lovely walk in ."
