Great hotel, east access to Torun town

Rooms are good, with all you will need, comfy bed and en-suite. Spacious. Staff are really accommodating and speak English, which is helpful when your Polish speaking is as bad as mine :) Parking is easy. Lots of choice for breakfast Restaurant serves good food and you must try Torun cake. Stayed for 5 nights, short walk into town, regular trams further afeild. Old town Torun is such an historic place, beautiful, plenty to see, very safe and relaxed. Lots of great food and shopping (although i was here for work)

Lovely staff but room was a bit tired and dated, needs a refurb. Also a/c unit in the room was really loud and rattled. Not what I expected from a 4* hotel, although location was great, 5 minutes from the old town.

This is an older property but is well maintained. The staff here are excellent, and the restaurant was outstanding. The only complaint really is that there weren't many plugs in the room. You'd have to unplug something to plug something else in. More of an inconvenience than anything else really.

People and standards were great, location is perfect. The rooms just lacked a little user friendliness. The tray with the kettle I had to put on the floor u see the desk as it was the only plug it would reach if I wanted to keep the tv plugged in and no plug sockets near the bedside tables. The bar closed at 10pm and the hotel generally felt like it was on a cost saving, including the room aircon. Lovely hotel. Perfect location, wonderful team, worth the small inconveniences as great price too

Like many Accor hotels, the experience can be hit or miss—some locations feel modern and refreshed, while others, like this one, are showing their age. Furniture and carpets are dated however it's quite clean hotel. We got a great price for 2 days stay so can't complain. I recommend you take a short walk to the city centre for a meal instead of eating in the hotel as the food is not great.
