"This was an excellent choice for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Shert walk to the station and then 10 minutes to start Cinque Terra tour from the north. Much quieter than La Spezia and local secret I think. Right on the beach. The hosts were lovely people and though I booked the day later it was no trouble to change for me. They set a high standard in hospitality."

Location is a bit out of the Cinque Terre way, but quiet and onlt 10-15 min walk to Bonassola town center/beach (down the hill). Room is very nice, clean and the view is absolutely stunning! Very nice and welcoming staff, a special thank you to wonderful Oksana and Corrado for being so attentive and helpful! Highly recommended!"

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, staff very attentive to all our needs and helped with laundry for a fee and shuttled us to the town to eat, to train station and back to our room. "You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay."

"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! There were ants in the room and mold on the walls. And we get a...
