「It is challenging to talk with the staff when arrive to facility. No one at the place to check you in and no information ahead of time to prepare for this. If we did not get help from other guests how to check in, it would have been more challenging. Needs significant improvements how to check in and prepare guests for them to check in.」

「Big and comfort apartment with beach view Good buffet breakfast and dinner」

「Very clean and well decorated, and quiet at night. Good location in the old town, close to restaurants, the Sea, and the bus station. Rooms would be a bit small for two adults. Balconies are a bonus for the location.」

「Very centrally located with parking near by. Spotlessly clean room and very helpful staff.」

「Great stay! we love it, they give us room with balcony and room is spacious. The place is just next to a supermarket and we can just park our car at the hotel for free, very convenience for us 」

「It's great property with amassing views, especially from 2nd floor rooms. Owners are extremely nice and very helpful. Mercedes make very tasteful breakfast! we loved location too. It's closed to everything. We highly recommend staying at Hostal Casa Mercedes.」
