Me and my family had a great stay at the apt! Everything was perfect! Kitchen had all the utilities needed and more. There was coffee and Tea and Oliver oil there as well! Communication with Julio was great. He was very nice and gave us lots of advice during the stay. Apt was close to train and about 10 min walk to the beach. We definitivt rekommend to stay here!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and had every amenity included that we could have asked for, including pool and beach towels which was so helpful. Self service laundry is also available within the apartment complex which we made use of. All the appliances were up to date and good wifi within the apartment. Pools are very nice and clean. The owner, Julio, was extremely helpful and communicative which was fantastic especially for new visitors to Malaga.

Fantastic stay in a great clean apartment!

We had a great stay in the very clean and well equiped apartment! The host, Julio was fantastic and very service minded. His flexibility was over what we could expect! The apartment was in a great location very near the train station, 3 stop from the airport, 2 stop from the outlet shopping and aprox 10 min from the fantastic town Malaga with train. We would love to come back and we strongly recomand the apartment and the host

We could not have asked for a better experience for our first holiday with our 8 month old son. They made sure to have a highchair and travel cot set up for us when we arrived and the apartment was exactly as it was in the pictures. We loved having use of the kitchen so we didnt have to eat out (though we were given lots of recommendations of places if we wanted them!). Parking is generally readily available on the street right outside and it was also just a short walk down to the beach and shops. The apartment was perfectly clean and the air conditioning was ideal for making sure our son didnt get too hot. We absolutely wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful family stay with two little kids. Julio was wery helpfull with any our request (camping bed, highchair and blender) which made our holiday much easier. The apartment was very nice, confortable and clean.

O apartamento me surpreendeu, desde a chegada fomos muito bem recebidos, tudo foi explicado. O apartamento é novo e tem ar condicionado tanto na sala como no quarto, e no verão é algo essencial nessa região. A cama muito confortável. A localização é próxima da praia e tem estacionamento grátis na rua. Estávamos de carro, o local é muito bom tanto para ir ao centro de Málaga , como também a outras praias em sentido a Marbella. O anfitrião Júlio foi muito gentil. Valeu muito a pena nossa estadia.

Er zijn heel veel pluspunten= Mooie ligging,,de 2 terrassen volledig uitgeruste keuken,lekkere bedden en heel vriendelijke gastheer. Een klein minpunt= Slecht geisoleerd en veel lawaai.

Nice apartment and great host

Very nice apartment suitable for couples or family of 4. Near to train station (line to Malaga and Fuengirola) and grocery store. About 10 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely pool area in the garden and restaurant serving both breakfast, snacks and other meals. Reception supports you with car rental, taxi etc. Julio, the owner of the apartment, met us personally on our arrival, even though it was late at night. He shew us everthing we needed to know and took good care of us. What a nice guy! For shopping, the Plaza Mayor is only to stops away with the train. A huge mall with all the internatonal brands, like Nike, Adidas, Zara, Pull & Bear, to mention a few.

Apartment was perfect for us spotless all over good sized rooms so you felt at home 2 air con units kitchen area was plenty good for our needs loved the good sized shower all in all great apartment the owner julio couldn't have been more helpful showed us way to local store, where to catch trains and way to beach front was there to greet us and came to say goodbye thanks julio

What a fantastic holiday .the apartment is super clean, modern and very comfortable.it has all the amenities you would expect at home.a brilliantly equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer,hairdryer ,iron/ ironing board .theyres a laundry room with large washing machines wash powder and conditioner built in, its 3 euros but you get a lot of washing done .the apartment is in a quite area about 10min walk to beach less than 5mins to la colina train station.the owner julios when above and beyond to make us feel welcome and spent time to explain everything in the apartment and showed us supermarkets , restaurants etc.the pool is lovely and the pool cafe does lovely food and is reasonably priced the owner martin and family are very welcoming.will certainly be booking again the next time we visit torremolinos

This apartment is in a quiet and secure area, free parking available, less than 1 km from the train station and beaches - Lot of Supermercados in less than 1000-1500 meters by foot. A modern kitchen very well equiped. The owner took time to greet us and to explain everything we have to enjoy our stay. We had a bottle of wine in our fridge as well! The site has a wonderful pool also. For a couple or a family, we really recommend this place. The only improvement to consider will be to have more sun umbrellas around the pool and towels dedicated to the pool or beaches.
