It is so close to being the perfect high-end micro hotel it wants to be, that it is such a shame that it misses the mark. The hotel has no staff from noon to 4:30. You cannot arrive between those times and to make matters worse they will charge you if you arrive earlier and want to check in. "The location of the property is perfect. 100 away from the bridge connecting to the historic town of Galippoli. The hotel looks new, very nice interior design of the rooms, bathrooms as well as public areas. The staff at the reception as well F&B and housekeeping was very friendly and attentive. It’s good to stay in a non-big chain hotel especially in Italy."

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."
