「Everything was great. Even though I rated it excellent, I sadly wouldn’t book this location again because of the bed. It’s the very reason a guest books an accommodation is to sleep for the night. A foam mattress style bed offers little support. Beautiful place but a cheap bed really makes no sense. 」

「Wir wurden wirklich herzlich willkommen geheissen und das Personal war während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll im lokalen modernen Stil eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und fein. Die Lage ist top für Ausflüge nach Agrigento, ins Valle dei Templi und an den Strand in San Leone. 」

「I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...
