「The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I...

「I went to look for signs of Luca Pacioli and chose this hotel which is very close to where he ws born and lived as a child potentially next door. We had a top room which was lovely. Not much of a city view but v quiet and large and well laid out. Very comfy bed and was a great experience.」

「Beautiful grounds and setting - but you must drive to town for dinner or entertainment. A relaxing getaway in a farmhouse setting. Best to stay here during the warm months to take full advantage of their property and grounds」

「Il casale è letteralmente immerso nella natura, ben restaurato ma in maniera fedele al suo concetto di agriturismo. Stanza e bagno molto grandi ed accessoriati. Colazione e cena eccezionali con prodotti genuini e buonissimi.」

「Personale cortese e disponibile, struttura principale molto bella e posizione buona. È però utile sapere che le camere (quasi tutte) si trovano in una dépendance a circa 100 metri dal castello mostrato nelle foto. Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole, anche se da una struttura a 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore cura nella manutenzione delle camere. 」

「Partiamo dai punti più positivi. Proprietà disponibile e cordialissima Posto splendidamente isolato nella natura e molto particolare. Purtroppo la struttura ha i suoi anni e manca un'ammodernamento della stessa, molto ben tenuta, per carità e pulitissima, ma si vedono tutti gli oltre 25 anni di attività. Peccato perchè il posto è veramente meraviglioso ed i gestori sono veramente deliziosi」
