Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

「Tanto la habitación como el baño eran sumamente amplios. Buena ropa de cama y toallas. El personal fue cordial. El estacionamiento está disponible dentro de la propiedad. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Lo mejorable sería la calidad del wifi y la conexión del TV al mismo」
