「General complaint was with regards to the Touchstone Grill. It was understaffed on both the day we tried to make an advance reservation for dinner, (had to leave 2 messages and then had to contact front desk as no one ever got back to us, who finally passed us onto the line to leave a third message)…..and most importantly very understaffed on the night of our dinner. 8/10 不錯哦
"Everything about the hotel was excellent, except for the pool and jacuzzi area, which we had been particularly looking forward to. Several children were running around, shouting, and repeatedly jumping into both the pool and jacuzzi, while their parents made no effort to manage their behavior, even when present. We ended up leaving after just a brief dip. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience left us feeling even more stressed. We were also concerned about the water hygiene under these circumstances."
