Wonderful stay

Well looked after by Tracey who is a wonderful host. Loved the homemade banana cake on arrival and granola yogurt and full English for breakfast. Will stay again without hesitation

Super stay at Sandway

What a pleasure to stay at Sandway house. Peter and Tracey are wonderful hosts who couldnt do enough for us, they were super friendly and helpful with great local knowledge. The guest house is spotlessly clean and the interior design is outstanding with lots of attention to detail to make the stay feel like a home from home. Thank you Peter and Tracey for a fantastic stay.

Wonderful stay with my family in Sandway, very stylish and well designed family-run business by Tracey and Peter. We stayed on the upper floor with two separate bedrooms, both well furnished, and a private bathroom. It is walking distance from hotel to dining places along the seasides, 5 mins walking to a just upgraded tennis courts with sea view. The nearby adventure golf is also a good choice for family to spend one hour. AND! The breakfast prepared by Tracey and Peter were so delicious. We will definitely come back for another cozy stay!

It was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. And our hosts, Peter and Tracy are so welcoming. If you don't absolutely enjoy your stay, the problem is you, not the B&B.

Friendly homely hotel with modern and class touch

Had an amazing welcome so kind and warm friendly smiles and a nice chat as we checked inn. The hotel itself was very classy and well designed. Very well thought out and beautiful deco. The room was very nice we had the double, the bed was so comfy! And the bathroom was nice. The whole.room was so clean!!!! Only.issue was being on the front of the property was loud when windows open, and next door room 6, their fire door to the room kept slamming and at 11pm or 8am its a bit much. When we stay again - which we will! I would ask for a room on the back of the house.

Came with parking spot, so we were able to drive off and see the sights of Torquay. Nice walk down to the beach and waterfront. No eating in room, but nice picnic table in small front garden if desired. Liked their jam, bought some! Nice stay and appreciated the advice on things to see.

As advertised, it was a very small double, but ok for a single person who likes a double bed like i do. A bit awkward to keep moving the clothes rail if you wanted to get to open/close the windows tho. In-room facilities were good, tea/coiffee, tv, nice bathroom, again small but with everything you needed, including complimentary toiletries. The only thing that really let it down for me was that there was only a dividing wall between my wall and the room next door, so you could hear everything - a yawn, conversation, snoring, etc. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice.

First rate and well run

What a super b&b. Ed and Sharon are superb hosts who made us feel very welcome, they have extensive knowledge of the area and are only to happy to give advice. We had a premium room which was very comfortable and clean with asmashing ensuite bathroom. Wi-fi was available in the room and free parking just round the back ( 4 spaces). There's a good Marston's pub directly opposite if you fancy a drink before bed. Don't hesitate to book this b & b, we plan to return next year. Thank you Ed & Sharon for such a pleasant stay.

Sandway House happy days

great 2 nights at the Sandway House arrived early was able to park my car up we had a large big bedroom with a super king size bed fantastic 2 nights sleep, Ed and Sharon are very energetic and helpful hosts, and cook excellent breakfasts! It was a bonus, in Torquay, to have parking just behind the guest house thank you we will be back soon

The whole place is vey well kept & very clean. The bedroom was also very clean & really nice to walk into. Friendly owners. Breakfast excellent. Could not fault Sandway. Perfect.

Great find!!

Just an overnight stay for us whilst visiting family but what a great place to find! Spotlessly clean, everything necessary in the room, lovely comfy bed and a fantastic breakfast the next morning. Will be first place I try to book next time we are in Torquay and have passed the details on to other family members.

Wedding anniversary weekend

Fabulous long weekend at Sandway House owners were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was superb set us up for our days out exploring the local area would definitely recommend this b&b to anyone going to the area and would definitely stay there again
