This was the best place i have ever stayed. When we struggled to get into the building with our key card security desk staff helped us out. It had a full kitchen stocked with everything you need and walkable to grocery stores to help you save money instead if eating out all the time. Though we did not use it, it had a washer and dryer. The bed was very confortable as well. When we had a problem, which was only once, i called the rivet stays service, they answered quickly, and were able to help us. When heading out it was close to a tram that would come every 10 minutes which made getting around toronto amazing. My only complaint is that the specific room we were staying in was on the 16th floor and sometimes it would take 10 minutes when busy just to get to the ground floor. After the first time this happened, we left 10 minutes early everytime, so if yiu stay here just remember that. Also, this would not stop me from staying here again though! 10/10 would recommend!

Security at desk when we arrived was not helpful. It was ok. It was clean and modern. There were missing blinds and being on the ground floor was uncomfortable, and a missing lampshade in bedroom. 7.5/10. Rivet Stays Jarvis was much better.

The property was nice and close to everything downtown. Spacious and convenient for a family of 5. The outdoor patio was a nice bonus and parking was easy to access. Overall it was ok. Our major complaint was that they consider the sofabed an extra spot to sleep for a 5th and 6th person but the extendable part of the sofa was torn and the bedding in the sofa smelled horrendous. Luckily there was a lot of extra bedding in the dryer when we arrived so we used that but we had to give pillows from the beds as the one in the sofa was not useable. My son said that the sofa was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also the windows have vertical blinds which many are missing, some from the living room were used in the bedroom which didn’t match and there were still many openings.

Well located location in Toronto, just have to deal with a cramped room and payed parking at carports a few minutes away if a space doesn’t come with your room.

Not so great: Ground floor, quite loud outside, very loud water pump/valve behind the bathroom audible throughout the night. Also very little silverware in the kitchen, specifically spoons. But other than that well equipped.

This is basically a building with old apartments for daily rent. There is no traditional house keeping or 24/7 front desk and the layout of the unit we stayed in was very inconvenient. It was basically a kitchen with a bed in it, and hardly any counter or table top space, no luggage racks. The bathroom was highly outdated, the shower had a tub faucet for no reason that leaked water. Surprisingly I found the mattress comfy. Spend a little extra money and get an actual hotel room close by unless you want a low quality stay.

My review is mixed for this property. First - the photos that are provided when you click on “about this property” are misleading. After booking and looking at the photos we viewed a beautiful balcony sitting area with a table and chairs. This unit did not have any such area and the balcony is actually very small and there is not even room for a small table and one chair! The unit was very clean upon checking in but there was a great deal of drywall mud on the walls I’m assuming that the walls were being touched up but it wasn’t pleasant to look at. Our first morning in our unit was a complete stressful nightmare due to negligence on the owners or managers part to inform us that the water and air conditioning in this 33rd floor unit would be shut off between 9 am and 5 pm. We were not informed about this before check in and in fact were only advised at 10:30 am that day when I sent a message to management to advise that there was no running water in our unit. This was clearly negligence on the part of management and our party of 4 people needed to shower and prepare for an event that we had travelled to Toronto to attend. Management did nothing about this major stress and inconvenience and we were forced to call Expedia to try to figure out a solution to this problem we were now stressing about. We were forced to take an Uber and hurry to the nearest gym we could find so we could shower before our event. We did not have any hot water until after midnight that day.

This was the perfect location for us and our planned activities. When we entered the building there was a funky smell in the hallway that I didn’t like, but fortunately this was not present in the unit. We were on ground level, so the outside patio area was wonderful! There was a heatwave while we were there and we discovered this unit did not have air conditioning. We set both the thermostats as low as we could (45), but that only made the furnace fan run. Otherwise, a nice unit. Comfortable beds. The pullout couch is rather warm out and I don’t think it was folded back in properly so it took some work to get it pulled out and back on its rails. Not the most comfortable, but it is a pullout couch. The air mattress was also excellent!

This is a condo share, so the condition of the property was well maintained. Just a few patches that need some spackle to fix up holes in the wall. The location was perfect. Very walkable. There is no cable, so you so you'll need a streaming service available for yourself in order to watch tv.

Très bel endroit! Avec une belle vue sur le Lac Ontario et la tour du CN. Le sofa-lit n’est pas très confortable mais on s’y attendait. Un petit problème à l’arrivée du fait que la chambre n’était pas prête comme elle aurait dû et nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes. Dans l’ensemble un très bon sejour!
