This property is not what is shows online. It’s in a very terrible neighborhood and the rooms smell and bathrooms not clean. Breakfast was to be included and ended up a to go brown paper bag with a cold egg on an English muffin. Would not recommend to anyone.

Extremely noisy. Families living in hotel. Continuous noise throughout the day and night. No breakfast. Pool and gym closed. Had changed room 2x. Once as the room smelles like an ashtray. Which is odd because the whole building is non smoking. Second room I had to move because of the noise of the room beside me.

The room was booked for two of the company’s employees. The room was dirty and the shower didn’t work properly. There were some kids playing basketball on the floor until 2:30am and their mom just raised the volume of her tv, opened the door to make more noise after one of them complained about the kids. No one for the hotel came to solve the issue.

Property looks like it’s build recently, but somehow it is already not looking that great. On first floor, you basically have no window and the air conditioning units are huge. The pool is just used as a storage which I really didn’t understand. It was listed as breakfast provided but breakfast was still in a bag just like during Covid. All in all considering that this is the only hotel in this town it’s still OK but it’s not a three star.

The property was close to my meeting venue. It was difficult to access, the exterior looked very shabby, the promised breakfast was a bag of highly processed food stuffs, the place had a bit of an eerie feel to it...not sure what was going on

The whole building smells like cleaning products. Fabulous fixtures destroyed by poor workmanship/installation. Very difficult to locate entry to building. Not impressed. Photos look great, but in reality not as nice as photos. Lipstick on a pig. They charged my credit card $200 deposit as a purchase, and refund after 5 business days, not processed as a hold, as the majority of hotels do.

The front desk rep gave me a better rate than Expedia. When asked if the gym works, she said yes however there was a notification on the door "gym closed due to Covid". The toilet was not functional. The shower took forever for the water to warm.......

STAFF IS COMPLETE IDIOTS AND RUDE. won’t let you pay for your food and items from the lobby to your room. And overcharge cards with unnecessary holds. And refuse to give back deposits for no reason. They have no customer service and love to argue back with paying customers who return. They should shut this place down.

I paid extra for this room for Jacuzzi and found that Jacuzzi wasn’t working. After an hour doing reset and speaking to the receptionist I was able to run it partially. Room didn’t had an Hair dryer. The front desk was also rude and utterly unprofessional

I have been Staying at this Hotel for 8 years and had my first bad experience. The hotel was excellent like always. And super clean and most staff was amazing. But the day Lady at the front desk will keep me from coming back if she is working. She got mad at me cause there was no towels in my room and refused to get them for me. Had to wait till night staffcame on. And on the lastday there she refused me the complimentary brakfast. Even though there was still a hour left. Everyone else was amazing as always. But I will call begore booking again to make sure she isnt working. If she isnt i will book. If she is working i will go elsewhere
