If you have a gig at the Toronto Congress Center, there is no better place. Airport shuttle. Very practical. Very nice staff.

The hotel's best features are it's close proximity to the airport and it is quiet, even when the hotel is full. Some daily specials in the Lot 41 lounge would be nice.

Property location was convenient for us with the only complaint being the cleanliness of the room. A layer of dust was visible on the night table.

Good business hotel close to Toronto International Airport (YYZ). So close that the overhead noise from planes landing early in the morning can be a distraction. Limited facilities but generous-sized rooms and a little upmarket compared to surrounding properties. Nash the day manager and Abdul the concierge were particularly helpful during our stay.

The hotel is lovely. There is a full-service restaurant and bar with a Starbucks on premises. Our family could not have chosen a better place to stay. The transportation to and from the airport was seamless. The park and fly option when reserving your room is highly recommended.

I was really happy with this hotel, the restaurant and the airport shuttle. The one, important, issue is that the heating/cooling system is loud when it runs. It's central which is always better than window mounted but it wakes you up every time it turns on. They provide ear plugs which is helpful but not enough. Otherwise it's a beautiful hotel and I'd be happy to stay again....if it wasn't for it being too disturbing to sleep....

The driver in the shuttle service is rude. He told me I should not bring my pet again because the crate was too big, causing incovenience . The crate is bulky but he should have patience to accommodate me. I chose Delta Hotel because it is pet friendly.
