「I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. 」

「the location is good, and the room is clean and comfort. However the shower water is very slow, we can't take the shower deeply. we very surprised that the hotel have guest laundry service, we never seen it beside Japan's hotel. We love this service very much.」

「Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay! 」

「This room was super quiet considering how close it is to the freeway, as long as the patio door was closed. Everything was like new, bed was very comfortable. We just parked on the side of the building otherwise you are charged for parking. Shower only has partial glass divider with the rest of the bathroom so very difficult not to get the floor wet. Not too many options for restaurants in the area, hotel restaurant could use a few more options for dinner.」

「The rooms are fine, if relatively basic. Room service menu is very limited and does not offer a wide range of options. Pity too the Japanese restaurant has no menu any longer and is only a buffet offering. Staff are helpful (especially the front of house gentleman at the breakfast restaurant). However, there was one day the room was not serviced at all 」
