"What a great view! this hotel is directly above the Mc Donald's. The staff is very Jovial, and friendly. side note: Don't bother priortising a property based on the offer of breakfast while in Italy, Italy doesn't do breakfast, and you will be disappionted in the breakfast they offer. Coffee is another matter, they do coffee very well. However there's no cream, lol. The room was clean, and very small, but adequate there was some thought put in to were to put your suite case; they had space for both of our carry ons. There was a small fridge. The TV was only in Italian, but my husband figured out how to switch the language to english that worked on some stations. Good location for the airport and to enjoy the beach before leaving, Beautiful Italy. Easy to walk to the train station too. The staff were great at giving directioons. A good option to cover your bases for leaving, as they offer an airport shuttle, we didn't use it, as it wasn't available for our departure at 2:40 am. Enjoy Italy its Magnifico!"

"Our stay at Hilton Rome EUR La Lama was largely excellent. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. Michael, the valet on duty at arrival and departure, was outstanding and provided truly professional service. Unfortunately, a serious incident on April 23, 2026 overshadowed our experience. An evening valet/bell staff member dropped my husband’s leather bag in their storage room, damaging his MacBook Pro and Aura device. The total damage exceeds $2,100. We immediately reported the incident and completed all required insurance forms. However, it has now been over a week with no response from management. Calls and emails have gone unanswered. This has gone beyond property damage. My husband relies on his equipment for work and is now incurring lost wages due to the delay. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a Hilton property. We hope this is resolved promptly, but if not, we will be forced to escalate the matter further, including legal action if necessary."

"I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a far better experience. 1. Air conditioner did not work in the room, I mentioned it to the front desk and they stated it should work. Couldn't sleep so hot 2. Floor was dirty, I made the mistake of forgetting socks and slippers after the shower my feet were disgusting after walking on the floor. 3. Pillows are terrible, no mix of hard and soft like other quality hotels, mattress needs a change for sure. 4. Staff were pleasant aside from one guy who questioned me about being in the hotel, I had to show him my room card. Anyway, I travel a lot and I love Novatel however, this one needs to improve.. a lot."
