「The best thing about this hotel is the lakeside club which is across the road and offers a relaxed swimming and loungers. Our room was dark and was tired. The carpet was fraying and there were no facilities other than water. It was quite noisy being close to the road and did not match the images on the website. The building and courtyards are unique and interesting historically and the breakfast was very good. A mixed review for a mixed experience.」

「Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.」
