「The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.」

「The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a great breakfast and the dinner was outstanding. The shuttle to and from the Altria theater was very convenient. Thanks」

「Really cool place to stay in Richmond. Very affordable and had a vintage vibe. They also had a book with all of Edgar Allen Poe’s poems and stories. Super cozy rest. The staff is also super friendly and helpful」

Both me and my daughter had dry sore throats from the excessive air. I asked for humidifier and they didn’t supply or even offer to help figure out the problem」
