「The property looks nice at first glance, but unfortunately it is not maintained well. It was impossible to reach the staff, as no one answered the phone calls. The toilet seats were loose, and the bidet water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the level of maintenance and service. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.」

「It was a last minute stay at the hotel. Property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and cool as the weather outside was very hot. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very spacious as well. I highly recommend Best Western.」

We could stay even one night even we were booked for two nights. They changed our rooms too. And told us to give 15000 rupees refund that I didn’t receive yet. 」
