「The building itself shows its age. Some repairs in the room were not done well. However the room was clean. The continental breakfast was lacking but not a big deal to us. We did like how well lit the outside is at night. Makes you feel much more safe if you must go out late at night.」

「I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all.」

「Although I know that this was the south and the heat in this region has plenty of insects. But they were very minimal. The only thing that was noticeably wrong was the bottom seal on the front door, which led to the outside was hanging partially unattached to the door. Also, the shower did not work properly. More water was coming out of the main faucet instead of the shower. Otherwise the room was clean and the AC which was very important was working properly.」

「Traveling through this is decent for the stay. The hotel itself is outdated so don’t expect a Waldorf experience. The shower curtains should be replaced. The towels as well. The TV kept flickering to a snowy screen. We stayed two nights. As did other family members. The staff are very accommodating friendly and professional. Parking is always a breeze. Very convenient location.」

「The check in process was so smooh and the host was so helpful and caring with great customer service.」

「The pool was shut down the TV only worked on channels that nobody watched and all the channels that they advertise that they had did not work. There was corrosion on the showerhead overall two stars.」

「Very dirty, fire alarm chirped every 30 seconds. Saw multiple roaches. Sheets were dirty and stained. Had a smudge on the wall that I could only assume was fecal matter. The only attendant I encountered was over video at a kiosk. While she was mostly pleasant, between the video audio quality and her accent it was very hard to understand her to get checked in. Then before giving me my room key I was pressured heavily to give a google review for her. I had to firmly tell her no multiple times...

「Property is under construction so amenities we closed- no pool, ice machine or breakfast. When I booked I realized the pool would probably be closed but the other 2 caught me by surprise. The towels were stained, the carpet was so dirty in our room that it was sticky and there was a dirty napkin in our bed. Our neighbors were homeless with their shopping carts in the hallway and someone had recently smoked Marijuana in the elevator. The staff was friendly and doing their best under the...

「Decent rooms, good service!!」

「The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast however the weekend staff for the breakfast was a little slack… no regular coffee, food run out before it could be replenished. The trash didn’t get emptied for a couple days in our room. The “Do Not Disturb “ sign had been taken down since Sunday. They finally came and emptied it on Monday. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.」
