"The hotel seemed to have undergone a few upgrades, but there were definitely signs of wear and tear like holes in the wall from the towel racks. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner—there was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the toilet. There was a lot of dust on the Kleenex holder. "

"The staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel overall is ok, but needs to be updated and I do believe they are working on it. I had a few issues with the rooms but the management was very nice and apologetic about it. They made sure I was happy and made it right when I checked out. "

"A/C was broken, refrigerator was nasty and leaking so bad I almost slipped and fell, the bed next to the window had a piece of the head board broken. I took pictures and showed the lady at the front desk. I didn't even stay 30 minutes after checking in and she assured me that I'd be refunded my money but it's been a week and they still charged me. I will not be going back to stay there again. I was in room 320."
