"The property was unique in that our bedroom window was next to the train that passed by throughout the night. What was not exceptable was the host was not at the property to give us an orientation. "The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."

"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need.
