「Outstanding service from the staff, very friendly and professional. Excellent location at the waterfront with convenient store nearby. Rooms are very new, modern and well maintained. Staff are present at all times to maintain and clean. Communication is excellent, checked in late and they ensured someone would be there. They assisted with our luggage from and to our vehicle. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.」

「Wonderful 4 day stay at the House of Tonga. Great location in the middle of Nuku’alofa - very easy to access and see the rest of the island. The breakfast was wonderful! And the staff was incredible. We got a call from our rental car company the day before that they wouldn’t honor our rental agreement. We tried five other agencies with no luck.
