"The property was safe and in a great location. The security personnel are great at enforcing safety precautions. The building is nice and located near all kinds of shops. Parque La Mexicana is beautiful and safe to walk through at any time of the day. The views from the room are also great as this room overlooks the park. We had a few concerns with the property though. One of the bedroom window curtains that block the sun was missing, so we were woken up early by the incoming bright light....

"The unit was clean upon arrival, but it was missing garbage bags which two days to receive, the toaster had one side out of four that worked could only toast one slice and rotate that same slice at a time. The shampoo and body wash left in main shower only nothing in other shower was used with a little amount left in them. TV in bedroom was internet only after I had to config the settings. The amenities were useless due to they couldn’t be used cause they were being maintained. Staff onsite was...
