The hotel is at the quiet suburban edge of Shinjuku, one local metro stop away. It offers a comfortable Japanese onsen experience in the city of Tokyo.
This was my second stay at this property and I would have given it five stars across the board except for our checkout experience, where we had a rather unpleasant experience with surprising rude treatment by the front desk manager, Juran Nitte, who clearly needs more training in customer service or else a different job.
