"For this price point good location and decent place. Very close to Shibuya station and Harajuku. Decent size room for Japan and you can get great view of train tracks and city. Only complaint is checking in experience. Self check in desks however staffs still need to copy of your passport and they are slow. Waited 20mins to check in. Be aware!"

"We had a wonderful experience at Rose Garden hotel. Two rooms for a family of 4, the front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating, very attentive, and professional. The breakfast was really good, love the garden style seating/ dining area. The rooms were cleaned daily. Overall very happy with this hotel and would stay there again."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

"Clean room in a well kept hotel, with excellent staff at a convenient location. Near to a 24 hour grocery, convenience and drug stores and the subway. Close to police and EMS and really safe to walk at night but also meant some sirens. It didn't bother my family as we spent most of our days walking and exploring and were sleeping soundly by the end of the day. Air conditioning, and an ensuite laundry were key due to the hot weather. This hotel checked all the boxes for a summer stay and will always be on the top of my list for future visits."
