"Great hotel, friendly staff and close to train stations "

"Wonderful place, great and welcoming team members, very close to everything, (shopping, food) and the major travel hub. Attached convenience store was great for snacks and anything we wanted! There's a great bakery across the street and an amazing skewer place behind the MT office building. Would def stay again! The onsen doesn't allow tattoos though, but I had my own bath so no worries on my end! The suite is worth it! "

"Was stuck in Sendai after the trains ran late and all Shinkansen where canceled and for only $57 I got this super nice hotel room loved my stay here wish they had one near my second destination "

"This hotel is gorgeous. Bathroom was not as nice as other hotels around Japan but I def would stay here again. We knew nothing of Sendai but wanted to stop and check it out on our way up to Hokkaido and Sapporo. "
