「How helpful the staff was」

「I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...

「Good value for the buck.」

「Very warm and comfortable. I had driven many miles that day and would be driving many miles afterwards. I hated to leave..」
