"Five star experience at this boutique hotel just a short walk from Sendai station. Upon arriving, you will come into a peaceful serene space with classical music playing softly in the background. The hotel theme is music! We were greeted and quickly sorted at the lobby. Rooms were spacious and clean. All amenities were easy to access and simple to navigate. Will stay at again if we return to Sendai!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the Onsen that we were able to access directly from the property. I was really happy with the property, but it took pretty long time for check-in. I was guided to the self check in but it didn’t work and guided to the in person check in. A guest who was checking in front of us was taking long time so I had to wait. Also this was our first time to stay this hotel, and I was not sure how the Onsen ticket works, like if the ticket can be used for the checkout day. I needed to bring up the basic question that most guests might have. At the Onsen place, once we arrived the floor, the staff was just standing at the entrance and staring at us and we were a bit confused. So I needed to ask how it works. Then they answered. The both hotel and Onsen property were clean and very nice, but the customer service was a bit awkward."
