The "hotel" are the upper floors of a building. Guests can only reach them by having the receptionist on the ground level press the elevator button for him (he inserts his thumb into a reader). Similarly, when exiting, you can only go to the first floor, where there is normally a hotel person, who them must press the button for you to go to the ground floor. If he is not there, you wait... and wait.
The rooms have only an overhead light. There are no table lamps next to the beds.
When you arrive, there is only one laarrge towel and shampoo, no soap, and no small towesl. You go down to the hotel guy on the first floor. Once he knows you are renting the room, he sends enough towels thenceforth.
There are dishes and cups in the kitchen for only one person.
The WiFi works fine... once you are attached. But every day you are disconnected, and then have to reenter the password. And they periodically change the password, but do not bother telling you until you ask. And there is no WiFi on the ground floor, so you have to enter your password only once you are in your room.
