"We booked to stay at ITC Grand Chola for a friends wedding celebrations and were not disappointed. The hotels is spotless and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The service was second to none. The restaurants within the hotel were resonably priced and served delicious food. the breakfast covered all cuisines and was served from 0600hrs to 1030hrs so plenty of time to get there. There are 5 pools which look very cleaned and well maintained, however we didn't get to use these. The spa offers a great selection of treatments and I can recommend the massage!"

"Everything was great! Room, staff, amenities. Special thanks to the doorman Yuvraj for sourcing an umbrella for me multiple times. To anyone going for a US visa thing (bio, int). It's a bit of a pain to walk to the consulate/biometric place because roads are dug up. But not too bad, about 15 minutes of a walk, faster if you can hail transport and pay without a phone. Please leave your stuff at the hotel, locker situation is dicey."

"Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty dishes. The beach was clean too, though we could not spend much time at the beach due to high tide. There were appropriate signboards for safety purposes. Overall the stay was amazing! "
