"We had a mixed experience at Starlight Hotel. The room was well equipped with a TV, desk, mini fridge with water, large windows, plenty of storage and two large beds. The bathroom was spacious and included a rainfall shower, bidet, hairdryer and illuminated mirrors, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, close to the main square and tourist attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were friendly and made check in easy. There are also dining options available in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, there were several downsides. The TV did not have working channels or access to smart features. The room had some cleanliness issues, including hair, stains and signs of wear. The safe was not usable due to missing batteries. Air conditioning was weak, and opening the window led to noise from outside. There was also some disturbance from other guests that was not resolved. Additionally, the kettle was provided without tea or coffee, and the room was difficult to locate as the hotel is down a side street. Overall, the hotel has a good location and decent facilities, but improvements in maintenance and comfort would make a big difference."

"I had a lovely stay as a solo female traveller at E’bel boutique. The property was easy to find and decorated beautifully, I was able to check in early and my room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and suited me perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and my overall experience was lovely. Tirana is a great city and I think this hotel is the perfect place to stay to experience it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and if I’m ever in the city again I’d definitely book here again!"

"The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance."
