"The floors were dirty. The bathroom was nasty. There was what looked like BM on the wall, possibility of mold on the ceiling, and the bathtub needed to be replaced. I bought cleaning wipes and cleaned many of the bad spots including the floor. Because of an event in town all of the hotels were full. Plus side, the bed was comfortable."

"The worst experience I ever had in a motel, the sheets were dirty, the room smells horrible and the attention at the front desk was terrible, and also you paid amount here in Expedia but when you get there they charge you for taxes"

"We stayed one night for a quick stop on our road trip. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was. I never have high expectations, but this super 8 was great. Everything worked, it was comfortable and quiet, easy to get on and off the interstate and all the staff members were super nice & helpful and they have a nice grassy area where we were able to watch the sun set over the mountains. If we ever pass Altoona again we will stay here."

"This is a delightful little hotel and Tab, the manager, is the absolute best. Our rooms were comfy, we got snacks, and check in and check out were super easy. Tab was there to make sure that we got everything we needed and even let me stay a bit late because I had to take a call at noon. Highly recommend this little gem."

"You cannot check in if you arrive after 11 p.m. The front desk closes at 11 p.m. and no one will answer your call. A very unpleasant staff! They will not accommodate you in any way if you arrive after 11 p.m."
