"Clean room. Refurbished recently but…
Extremely small room with just enough room to open the door. Miniscule horizontal window giving on to the noisy corridor and zero view. No no one at reception when I arrived and rather unpleasant receptionist. And the hotel looks nice in the pictures but is located in a kind of courtyard accessible down a dark path.
Definitely do not recommend."

"Customer service is disappointed. We stayed at the hotel for a weekend and I forgot important medicine at the room. It has been 10 days since then and I still haven’t found a way to get my medicine back"

The amenities are not great and almost everything that the hotel offers is for pay
And even when dinner is part of the deal you recieve a check and expected to pay service
