Katastrophe :-(

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang eines männlichen Mittarbeiters. Das Zimmer zum Hof war eine Zeitreise in die Neunziger. Altes Mobiliar und ein Mini Bad. Die Mini Dusche hatte zu allem Überfluss noch einen Duschvorhang, der an der Haut klebte. Auch die Toilette war winzig. Auch wenn das Haus direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt und von außen nett anzusehen ist, kann ich nur davon abraten.

Ein schmuckes, uriges und sehr gemütliches kleines Hotel mit top Lage direkt am Strand und der Promenade!!! Wird sehr liebevoll und persönlich betreut und gepflegt. Wir haben bereits schon für das kommende Jahr gebucht! Die Lage ist ideal für kleinere und grössere Ausflüge, per Rad oder Auto!

I liked the great view from my window of the Ostsee and the beach. However, to get to this window one had to go up very steep stairs!!. Room was nice with a few problems. This is a hotel and should have hotel services,such as making the beds, cleaning the toilet, shower and washbasin daily. None of that happened. The coffee maker did not work and when I wanted to report his at the reception (only accessible by a bell) no one responded. Several Days later I told the Gentleman about it, still nothing happened. I hope no one expects hotel services there.

Laut Internetbeschreibung war es ein Hotel, in der Praxis aber eine Ferienwohnung: Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde nicht gereinigt oder Handtuch gewechselt. Ist im Prinzip ok, sollte aber so auch beschrieben sein!

Das was sehr schön war, das der Strand genau vor der Tür ist. Die Matratzen vom Bett warem extrem weich. Bei der Toilette im Zimmer Bernstein, saß man mit den Knien an der Tür, wenn man diese geschlossen hat.Ich hab mich aufgrund der Enge sehr unwohl gefühlt. Im Bad war keine Seife vorhanden. Eine gewisse Sauberkeit war vorhanden, allerdings fehlte diese in der Gemeinschaftlichen Küche und auf der Außenanlage. Die Terasse war nicht nutzbar. Der Fußboden in der Küche war meist mit Blättern übersäht, weil die Balkontür auf war. Ich war noch nie dort gewesen und die Gemeinschaftsküche musste ich selbst suchen.

Das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig, kaputte Fliesen, keine Seife, Handtücher wurden nicht getauscht, Müll wurde nicht geleert. Insgesamt hat das Hotel aufgrund seiner super Strandlage sehr viel Charme, man könnte mehr daraus machen.

Es ist als Hotel deklariert, aber keinerlei Service davon. Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, besonders das Bad, die Dusche mit Schimmel. Das Geschirr im Aufendshaltsraum nicht sauber. Auf Grund einer fehlenden Komunikation wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt (Bett gemacht, durchgesaugt, Bad gereinigt) lediglich der Müll wurde entsorgt. Habe es mit dem Hausverwalter besprochen, er hat es gut aufgenommen. Und beim nächsten Besuch Besserung gelobt.

Das leuchtturmzimmer war schon allererste Sahne. Mit den betten war ich so was von zufrieden, ich hab geschlafen wie zu Hause. Die Chemie mit dem Personal hat gleich gestimmt. Also, was will man mehr. Es hat alles geklappt.
