Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, easy parking, and a convenient location. The staff were extremely friendly and everything we needed was provided. The shower area was a bit small, but we would definitely stay here again when visiting Timaru.

Very clean, spacious room. Everything you could want for an overnight stop. Great shower, plentiful amenities and fantastic service. Even though I checked in late the manager was very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The bed was really uncomfortable, the room was nice and warm which was good - the bathroom was clean but you can tell it does need some work as the walls are peeling and looks quite untidy.

More what I didn't like. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep, then there was heaps of noise and banging which was quiet scary at midnight. Don't like no duvet cover, just a duvet inner, not impressed with that. I was in what was classed as a deluxe unit, it wasn't. Definitely only 3 star. Could have done with four pillows on the bed and certainly didn't seem like a king size bed. Easy check in, friendly staff.
