Beautiful, old Victorian house kept in great condition. Very friendly staff, accommodating to your needs. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

The property owners and working staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location which is a B&B the property owners allowed us to use other common areas of the house if we wanted to, The dining area was set up better than some restaurants that we have been in. Overall, it was an excellent selection on our part.

The house is beautiful, the decor is very well done! The bed was comfortable, quiet setting, and nice stay. We stayed one night and didn't have time to truly enjoy the property. It would be a great property for a special occasion.

We loved talking with the owner of the Black Swan B&B who graciously allowed us to tour her beautiful home. We felt welcomed and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious too.

This is my second time staying here. The property is beautiful, the Staff is exceptional and the breakfast is delicious!! Any time I am close to this area, I will stay here. No need to look elsewhere.

Had a great stay in this beautiful Victorian inn. Check-in was simple and the room was spacious and beautiful. Had a very nice breakfast, although I filled up on pastries, not realizing French toast and sausage were coming.

Our second stay with Black Swan Inn was as welcoming and comfortable as the first. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the small touches give this Inn such character. Will be looking forward to our next trip to NH and accommodations at the Black Swan Inn

The Inn was very easy to find with a good sized parking lot. All the furniture/decor was beautiful and very charming. The room was a great size and the breakfast was wonderful!

Beautiful, very clean and cheaper than the cookie cutter hotels in the area! We've stayed in a fair number of B&Bs and this ranks among the best. Lots of hang out space on the first floor and on the property. There is some really nice original woodwork and stained glass. Great hardwood floors, fireplaces and furniture. Furniture and style are attractive and interesting but selected and placed so that it doesn't feel crowded or unusable. Our room was large, luxuriously decorated, very comfortable, quiet and clean! Delicious breakfast! Service after booking, during check-in and at breakfast was excellent! Even if the rate was higher, this is a place that would be worth the cost. A GREAT find! This will be our first choice for future shows at the Pavillion in Guilford and maybe other trips, too.

We have stayed here before Not sure we will again After a two day heat wave we arrived to find the attic third floor room not climate controlled And the portable ac unit was not turned on in anticipation of our arrival Luckily we were able to turn it on for 4 hrs before we needed to try to spend any time in the room

Nice old place with a lot of charm. However, there was no staff at all to answer questions. I called the main number a few times, since we could not find anyone. We only were able to get a machine. No help at all.
