Nice to have the balcony overlooking the bay. Easy beach access if you can step carefully on large rocks at bottom of the stairs. Will come back again.

Floor was not vacuumed well. Mattress box spring needs repair on the opposite side from the door. The window does not lock. A dowel was placed in the sill but it is too long. Could be pushed upward with little effort.

It has a great view of the ocean. The stairs are a little steep and I put my foot on them sideways to fit. Bed was comfy. Fold out bed not so good. Fairly clean. They were very nice and accommodating! We will stay here again. It rained quite a bit and it was very loud on the windows! The walk down to the beach was a little challenge because it was steep and long way down ( longer than I thought).

Great oceanfront property with a short walk down to the beach and close proximity to Oceanside and Tillamook. Would recommend rooms on the 2nd floor as the 3rd floor balconies look out onto the roof of the 2nd which extends out quite far, so the ocean view would be more direct from the 2nd floor. Either way hard to beat full ocean views! Quaint little village with a great coffee shop and seafood restaurant nearby!

We made a confirmed booking through Expedia but were turned away upon arrival. They said they double booked and had no rooms. We had no where to stay for the night and had to go looking for something else last minute at 6pm. They said we would get a refund but we have not received an email confirmation regarding this yet. Really disappointing.

We understand that it is hard on all parties involved especially the guest. As for the refund it has been completed on our end which means that it is now up to Expedia to contact you. I enjoyed a terrific view of the ocean and bay. This was by far the best about my stay. The place is older construction, but the view makes up for it. Cleanliness could use some improvement. The kitchen garbage had not been removed prior to my arrival. The floor was sandy. The stairs to the loft need a good scrubbing. The kitchen had one ceramic coffee cup. There were plenty of decaffeinated coffee pouches, but not a single tea bag, too bad when you are a tea drinker like me. All else was fine and enjoyable

It is in a nice location, with a great beachfront view in the morning. The room itself was dirty, electrical outlets did not work, and the coffee maker was used and had mold in it from not being cleaned. Sleeper sofa was broken, TV didnt turn on.

It is a cute property, but not for people who are looking for a quiet stay. The walls are so thin that you can hear all the conversations from surrounding rooms. I could not sleep until 1 a.m. because someone was playing music and guitar until past midnight. I felt very insecure without having the latch lock on the door, just a twist lock on the nob only. I placed bags against the door to go to sleep.

Views are amazing! Beach access from the property which was awesome. The room, however, was still quite dirty upon arrival (I.e. sand in the shower), we were not left sheets for the pull out bed, only one coffee mug in the kitchen, screen missing in the window, and the oven didn’t work. Otherwise a nice area.

We are so sorry for the experience. This weekend, we had a glitch in our system this weekend between our reservation system and the booking platform you used. As soon as we noticed it, we took steps to mitigate it. Unfortunately, the system had overbooked us in the interim. Great view. Very clean. Staff friendly and responsive to questions. Dvds and ice easily available. Water pressure very good. Bed was way too soft and a bit too small for two people. Like other motels - the shower head was too low. Security was a bit questionable- we accidentally opened another room with our code. I wouldn't leave valuables there for that reason.

Pros: full kitchen and bed was clean. TV and Netflix Cons: Place was very run down. Sofa bed was broken. Hot water ran out after one person showered, there were three of us. Floor was super dirty. Owner was nice enough to give us another room where there was hot water and a working sofa bed.

Stank…Run down as all get out. A piece of trim fell off a door onto my daughter. 1 channel on the tv. “Movies” available in a dvd closet but 3 of the 4 weren’t in the cases. Ought to be ashamed for charging so much. Ridiculous. The view was lovely but hard to appreciate. Oh and the breakers blew several times so the one movie we did find to watch was interrupted by 10 minutes of darkness. 😐 so.. so bad.

Quaint Beach Inn or Brothel?
Hotels.com sent an email with conflicting check-in info. At the top of a very long email, it stated that check-in was until 8pm. But I arrived at 7:30pm and the office was dark and the sign on the window said they closed at 6pm. I checked the Hotel.com email again and below where it said check-in was until 8pm, it also said office closed at 6pm and to call ahead if checking in after that. We called the "after-hours" number and it went straight to voice mail. We tried ringing the doorbell, as it was clear someone lived above the office and could see lights flickering as they watched TV. Long story short, we drove over 3 hours to wait 45minutes to get a return text from the after hours number. We ultimately got into our room and staff were prickly to start, but they softened as I tried to be extra nice. Next was the room... There was Marijuana nuggets on the nightstand - clearly the room had not been cleaned that thoroughly and the walls were so paper thin I could (very uncomfortably) hear everything the couple was doing next door. We forfitted our last nights stay, drove the 3 hours back home so we could actually sleep and not hear the couple next door anymore.

Great location, but the Inn has some serious maintenance issues as can be seen in the attached photos. Shower curtain rod falling down, tub won't drain, missing pieces in the venetian blinds, they painted over the broken stair railing hardware, exposed, bedframe, tripping hazard at the bathroom door. Get your act together guys...

This property is one of the very few available for the area. The room was clean. The bathtub was nice and deep. They did run out of hot water, which was unfortunate. The view was amazing. The beds are old spring beds, thankfully we were so exhausted we didn’t notice too much, but they were not comfy. The latch to the sliding glass door was broken, so it didn’t close and rattled all night. The walls are all very thin, you can hear pretty much anything next door or anyone walking by your room. All in all a very basic standard 3 star motel. Also should be noted you have to take the stairs to get to the second floor. We didn’t mind but others might.
